About me
I was born and raised in Baku — I know this city, and every neighbourhood around it, like the back of my hand. For over 8 years I've been showing visitors not just the landmarks, but the living soul of Azerbaijan: its centuries of history, rich culture, and the hospitality our people are known for.
I studied history at Baku State University, which is why my tours are built on real stories, not just dates.
Beyond guiding, I run Azerbaijani cooking master classes, help with translation and transfers, and organize small wedding ceremonies for foreign couples who fall in love with Baku just like I did.

Tour · 8 hoursIcheri Sheher and Modern Baku is a tour for anyone who wants to see, in one packed day, how the city protects centuries of history while racing toward the future. We'll go from the narrow medieval lanes of the Old City to a museum of modern architecture, a historic mosque on the Caspian shore, and a boat ride along a canal in the heart of the boulevard — the contrast is usually so sharp that many guests say this is the real Baku.
Tour · 2 daysThis is my favourite two-day route outside Baku — from the ancient shrines of Shirvan to the mountain landscapes of Gabala and the Silk Road jewel of Sheki. I designed it so that in two days you see far more than most travellers manage in a week on their own: on the first morning we leave Baku and almost immediately stop at the 15th-century Diri Baba mausoleum — a structure that seems to grow straight out of the rock. I'll tell you the legend of the Sufi saint it was built for, and why it's considered one of the most mysterious monuments in the East.
Tour · 10 hoursThis is my favourite day trip for anyone who wants to see an Azerbaijan far from the usual tourist trail — mountains, craftsmanship, and a genuinely unexpected village with a Russian name right in the heart of the Caucasus. We'll pass through the ancient town of Shamakhi, climb one of the country's most beautiful mountain roads to the "town of craftsmen" Lahij, and end the day in Ivanovka, a village whose history surprises even locals.
Tour · 7 hoursThis is the ideal route for one packed day in Baku if you want to see both the capital's main historic quarter and a genuinely otherworldly natural phenomenon that's been worshipped here for thousands of years. In the morning we walk through the Old City, and after lunch we head out to real eternal fire — first an ancient fire-worshippers' temple, then the Burning Mountain.
Tour · 8 hoursThis route is about a side of Azerbaijan's nature that looks nothing like the postcards: a pink lake, candy-coloured and almost Martian mountains, and a mountain tied to one of the region's most beautiful legends. In one day, just a couple of hours from Baku, we'll see three completely different landscapes.

This two-day trip is for those who've already seen Baku and want to go deeper — into the city that gave the world a great poet, and to one of the region's most beautiful mountain lakes.
Tour · 3 days, 2 nightsThis is the most complete route I offer — three days in which you'll see almost all of Azerbaijan in miniature: prehistoric petroglyphs, Baku's fiery modern architecture, a mountain craft village with nearly two thousand years of history, a Russian village in the Caucasus mountains, and one of the most isolated villages in the world, perched on a mountain ridge.
Tour · 1 dayAzerbaijan has somewhere to go in winter too: two ski resorts in the Greater Caucasus, where you can ski or snowboard, and in summer simply walk in the mountains. I arrange transfer and guide accompaniment to either one — Shahdag or Tufandag.
